We demonstrate the value of work life balance by providing paid time off that includes accrued vacation time based on experience and tenure with the company, eight (8) paid holidays on average plus two (2) discretionary holidays, caregiver leave to care for an immediate family member and sick time for absences due to the employees or immediate dependents illness or injury.

Employees may take paid time off each calendar year to serve as volunteers in a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community program that are either of personal interest or are corporate-sponsored initiatives.

Our locations provide flexible working schedules that maximize the opportunities of remote, in-office and on-site working including compressed weeks with half-day Fridays or every other Friday off.

Tallgrass provides employer paid Group Term Basic Life insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D), Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability coverage.
